What is the Go Australia Card?
The Go Australia Card, Australia’s No. 1 Travel Discount card, is an innovative travel product designed for today’s ‘Independent Down Under Traveller’. It is the only card of its kind and offers a vast and varied range of Australian products and services, at preferred rates.

Where can I use the Go Australia Card?
The Go Australia Card may be used in all regions, states and territories of Australia, wherever there is an advertised partner – all partners are listed on www.goaustraliacard.com

How long is the Go Australia Card membership valid for?
The Go Australia Card membership is valid for 12 full months from the month of purchase

When does the membership commence?
The membership commences from the month of purchase – for example, if you purchase the card in December 2004, it is valid until December 31 2005

Can I cancel my membership for a refund?
If you wish to cancel your membership, this must be done in writing no more than 14 days from the date of purchase, and a full refund for the card only will be issued (we regret that we cannot refund postage and handling fees). If the Go Australia Card has been used in the 14 days then we cannot refund the card.

Are any offers redeemable for cash?
No – all offers are as stated in the offer description for each of the products and services

Am I able to receive another card if I lose it or it is stolen?
If the card is lost or stolen, the member must notify Go Australia Card immediately, in writing, and must be able to supply details of the loss/theft if required.

Can I use it in conjunction with any other discount cards or offers?
No – the Go Australia Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or services

What happens if I have an emergency relating to the Go Australia Card?

What is included in your Go Australia Card Membership
More than three thousand products and services offering genuine savings are available to Go Australia Card members. The Go Australia Card also includes the added feature of doubling as an international PhoneAway™ calling card. Shipping & Delivery
To begin enjoying all that the Go Australia Card has to offer as soon as possible, simply fill in the form at www.goaustraliacard.com/join.asp and click the submit button. When the transaction has successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of payment to the email address that you have provided.

Once you payment has been received, your Go Australia Card, catalogue and welcome letter will be posted via standard mail to your nominated address within 3 working days (within Australia) and 7 working days (International). If you require your card urgently, please contact the Go Australia Card team on info@goaustraliacard.com and we will endeavor to meet your requests where possible.

Go Australia Card takes all care when posting your card and regret that they cannot be responsible for cards lost in transit. In the event that your card does not reach you within the specified time frame, we will make every effort to assist in locating 'lost' postal items, however, cannot be responsible under any circumstances for the replacement of lost cards. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under the conditions of your credit card, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of a fraudulent transaction.

Returns & Refunds
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and postage and handling fees via the original method of payment, if the defective item is received within 14 days. The 14 days will be calculated from 3 working days after posting (Australia) and 7 working days after posting (international).

Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Go Australia Card. Returns must be sent to:
